Bonnets are oversized - sew to fit long/curly/thick hair. So in case, your hair is thinner or your head is smaller - contact me and we will sew the perfect bonnet for you. :)

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 3-4 business days to allow the processing time.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

All orders are shipped by national posts (for example: USA - USPS, Canada - Canada post, Italy - post Italia and so on). Shipments are sent by registered priority mails. When a shipment is shipped you receive an automatic e-mail with a confirmation number and shipment tracking code (sometimes e-mails goes to SPAM - so please, check it :) ).
If you are not at home on the day of delivery - you could go to the post office next day. There is a rule, that post should keep a shipment for one month - but sometimes they keep it just for a few days. So please, go there as fast as you could.
In case you missed the term - your order is on the way back to me (usually it takes about 1 month). When I receive the order I could refund your money or ship it again - it costs 4,5 EUR or $5.

One more very important thing - the accessory you order - is totally new, that means nobody wore it before. Why this is so important? Silk is very sensitive and soft fabric. When it touches our skin or hair, it absorbs everything what is on our skin or hair. We all have different hygiene habits, so it would be very risky to send accessories, which have been used already.
At the order process, please be sure about the size (you can measure your head) and model. If it is not clear and you have questions - do not hesitate to ask. Because I don’t accept exchanges of accessories due to the wrong size. Why? As I wrote before, you already wore it and I can’t resell it to another customer.

Simply gorgeous! Yes it’s expensive but the silk is high quality and the workmanship just perfect. It’s beautiful inside out and can be worn either way too! This bonnet has significantly helped my split ends. My hair feels very smooth when I get up in the morning. I've been using it for about a month now and I'm confident it will help minimize damage from friction while sleeping. Hopefully my hair will finally gain some length.
